I am a new member and I noticed that the envelope icon was flashing indicating that I have a message. When I clicked on that icon no message came up and the icon is still flashing. Am I doing something wrong? Thank You.

Go to your messages under the "my stuff" drop down menu. Open any new message and it will go away. Sometimes you have to refresh your browser to get it to stop blinking after completing the above steps.

There are no messages to open?

I'm having the same issue. I have about 5 PM's in my in box, all have been read and replies have all been read. The envelope still flashes. I'm assuming I'm not doing something correctly.

Do not use the "back" arrow or keys.

Come back here next week. There will be another flashing envelope question. Or three.
