As the title states, what is this rifle going for? I have the opportunity to pick it up from the dealer, NIB. It's been on their rack since 2009, and while I love the look and feel, I'd prefer a JM stamped 1894 in 357 as I already have a couple 44 rifles and something like this should go to someone who's looking for it.
I bought mine new for $650 several years ago. I've seen a few NIB at the big Tulsa Gunshow priced anywhere from $900 to $1300. They are very nice and shoot very well. While I live mine and would not sell it, I'm not paying $1300, for one. JMO, though, for whatever it's worth.

I've seen the rarer .41 mag versions go for $1700 on GunBroker. That's just nuts to me.
Hold onto your hat boys....a 1984 .41 mag "cowboy" NIB sold on Gunbroker 10 days ago for $5,250.00
