Thanks. I almost declined; it was very reminiscent of my college public speaking class. I had to have it to graduate. I took three times, dropping the class two times. Finally finishing it my senior year.

V2P has done some podcasts with Mark at EXO too. I don't use EXO packs, but like that podcast as well.

When I followed the V2P podcast last year, Kyle at V2P sent me a message asking if I had any questions about nutrition. He seems like a very helpful guy. EXO Mark says that he gives away too much information for free though!
