Well, not out on an adventure, but was getting a troublesome snowblower to start when I must have reached over the exhaust and melted/burned about 1" of my Cabelas Anorak sleeve made with Supplex/Windstopper. Successful in getting the unit to run but at a price!

It is one of these pullovers - http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/links/link.jsp?id=0040283921809a&type=product&cmCat=SEARCH_all&returnPage=search-results1.jsp&Ntt=anorak+iditarod&Ntk=Product_liberal&sort=all&_D%3AhasJS=+&N=0&_D%3Asort=+&Nty=1&hasJS=true&_DARGS=%2Fcabelas%2Fen%2Fcommon%2Fsearch%2Fsearch-box.jsp.form1&_dyncharset=ISO-8859-1

Before I mess it up more. What is the best way to repair the hole/burn?

thanks

You could have a logo patch sewn over the hole, apply some seam sealer under the patch just before the seamstress sews it on.

Duct tape is the all time classic repair material. cool

Great idea. Was considering grey or black duct tape just before I posted the question (was actually the immediate fix that came to mind....).
