I need a 3-day hunting pack that doubles s a camping/recreation pack.

Assuming you want one that's lighter than the packs you already have, I'd look at a paradox pack.

Paradox Unaweep or Divide would be my choice.

Any one in the proper size from Osprey. Damn things are bulletproof as is the warranty.

Arcteryx boras are nice too.

I think I'm set.

And, I helped them set up a repeatable system to confirm military discounts without too much hassle on either side.

The Unaweep is pretty sweet, but the ILBE is bulletproof.

We went in for a couple of Seek Outside tipis this year. Now I'm gawking at lightweight packs and stoves.

There's something about having a pack/tent/woodstove all-in under 10 lbs, that appeals to me.

My baseline is my USMC packmule experiences.

I'm seeing the light, I realize there is an easier way to enjoy the outdoors without killing yourself.

In the Air Force, we're all "lets walk over there and have a C130 air drop the gear to us..."
