They won't get a dime of my money. I had a failure on a GoLite SL5, which they had for months and wouldn't repair. I filed a complaint with the BBB which finally got their asses moving. In hindsight, I should have chucked the works in the dumpster or simply paid out-of-pocket to fix it myself.

At any rate, I see the same names with the new company that I dealt with from the old. I understand that the old company was going thru financial troubles when they had my tent, but that is still no excuse in my view.

The best part of the experience was the fact that Kevin Timm from Seek Outside offered to fix the tent free. Seek Outside will get my money if shopping for a tipi, not the new-old GoLite/MyTrail.

Interesting. And weird. In my opinion what GoLite had going for them was the Jam, Pinnacle, and SL 5 being decent and usually on sale or otherwise cheap. The market is far more crowded now and without the name recognition I wouldn't put my money on them lasting long.
