Im looking to purchase a nice field/utility holster for a 6.5" 357 Blackhawk. Im kinda leaning toward the Galco. Any thoughts or suggestions on these or other options?

I have the same gun...that Galco that can be worn standard or crossdraw looks mice.

Have you looked at El Paso Saddlery??

For mine I have an old no longer made Strong 935 that has a full flap that can be detached and then worn with or without a safety strap.

I have the Bianchi 1L for both a 7.5" and 4.75" SAA and they are very nice holsters...

I have looked at the El Paso Tom Threepersons online. I like the holster and have had other El Paso stuff. I was thinking the Threepersons holster rode a bit high?? maybe? but I don't know.

Being able to switch strong side to crossdraw on the Galco is a real draw (pun) for me
