Kinda looks like a Taurus to me at first glance, but the controls look like they're on the slide instead of the frame so I suspect it is a Beretta.

from the side it almost looks like a CZ 75, but I didn't know that they made either gun in that chrome like finish.

It kind of looks like a movie prop gun. Theres a lack of recoil, and the shell case doesn't look right.
