Bobby, get a soldering iron and do it yourself

Practice on some big legos or similar plastic first

Seconded.

There are a bunch of youtube videos on how to do it yourself
Yeah, not hard at all and can be kinda fun. I've done Glock's, M&P's, XD's; not rocket science at all.
Just use a mill file from China. Saves money in the long run.

Sorry. Go with Robar. I had them work on a old 17 and 23 and was pleased beyond expectations.
I just use a strip of skateboard tape on the front strap of my Glock 43, Works for me, and it simple.

If you don't like it, peel it back off!

I didn't want to wait on cold bore custom so I went with area 15. They did a good job and was impressed. Got it back less than 2 weeks.

I would rather not grind or heat a plastic frame. I have seen two cracked frames from people being a bit to aggressive. I go the other route and used devcon 10110 and texture it up with a sea sponge. Easy enough to knock it down when wet or dry to get the texture you want. I go heavier on the front strap and lighter on the sides so it does not eat skin or clothing.
