Is anyone using a GSL Flea suppressor on their 22lr pistol?
I’m looking for the smallest, lightest one for pretty much permanent use on a Ruger 22/45.
It has a noise reduction rating of 29db. There’s a GSL Woodland which has a 40db rating waiting in the Treasury jail, that will work fine but I would like another suppressor that is a bit smaller/lighter for use on the 22/45.
Is 29db reduction enough to be used without hearing protection?

Any suppressor on the ruger 22/45 should be hearing safe. Ruger has a 4.5” barrel and that makes sure high velocity ammo never breaks the sound barrier. Breaking the sound barrier is half the battle when using suppressors
