Where do I find one, my dad has a Savage that has one and I like how it feels.

the thumbhole in the Marlin 917 was a special run tho..

Revolution used to be Revival Industries, I've got a tundra on a 917v that I am quite pleased with. They use the marlin inlet, which means you may, or may not need to touch up the barrel channel a bit to free float if you want.

Side note, do not expect a light-weight with one of those. I think mine is closer to 9 lbs than 8 lbs.
