Anyone know what they are going for these days? Difficult to find them.
i see them anywhere from 450.00 - 650.00 depending on condition and location.
Buddy of mine just got one for $550.
i have one SS all weather and one blued model and for whatever reason the all weather model action seams slicker to me. i put my all weather model into a factory walnut stock and love the looks. if i ever run across another all weather for the right price i will do the same again. i really like them.
My 22 magnum was going to be my "go to rifle" for nasty weather when I'm out checking on my property, but it patterned like it had an I/C choke. The 9 lb trigger didn't help either. I finally gave up on it when I saw what they were selling for on Gunbroker a couple of years ago. Sold for $775 shipped.
I prefe the new all-weather models, but better act soon if you want either. If they discontinued the AW Hawkeyes, the 77/22s can't be far behind.
I just had to have a stainless boat paddle 77/22 .22 LR to match the one I have in .22 WRM and its big brother in .30/06. I had to pay $700.00 shipped to get a nice one. If you find one for less, you are better than me.
I have a 22LR and a 260 in stainless boat paddle. Wouldn't sell either one.
That 260 would sell for about $2500 right now on Gunbroker.
I hope they come out with a stainless American.
Kend: I had one of these a while back. It shot well and was handy but I could not get used to the stock fit, noise etc).
It was in minty condition and I sold it with one magazine for $550.00 IIRC - this was a year and a half ago.
You are right I seldom see them on the used market of recent.
I then bought a heavy barrel Ruger 77/22 V/T and that Rifle suits me to a "T".
Good luck if you decide to try one of the Zytel models.

I still have the first All Weather 77/22 I laid eyes on.
