Old topic, I know. I'm looking for a comfortable holster for my single six 4 5/8 bbl. I'm looking currently at the pancake model from simply rugged but would like to look at other brands also.

I've always liked the Bianchi #1, usually available from Midway. I've had them for the Single Six and Blackhawks, too. They keep the gun tight to your side, and out of the way.
