Cat has some good pricing going on now through the end of July.

Does anybody have experience with these machines?

This would be my first SxS. I've had Polaris and Kawi 4-wheelers. Not real impressed with either so looking at other brands.

Check out the Yamaha too rooster.

Review on the wildcat are pretty good.ive seen a grand total of two on the trails but they look and sound bad ass.
plus 1 on the Yamaha
‘Cat wheelers, like Polaris wheelers, don’t get much traction in these places due to reliability issues over the long haul. Occasional and sporadic use might be a different deal however; well, that and whether you baby the thing with a dry sheltered stable when not in use.

We run pretty much everything on the road system but go to the villages and it's pretty much Honda exclusively. A few Yamahas and a can am here and there but mostly Hondas

Out in the more remote parts (where you’ll spend $1000 easily on freight for serious repairs), there are still a lot of Hondas. Yamaha and Can-Ams are becoming more and more popular - and they seem to be lasting better than other stuff. SXS machines are still uncommon however.

Whew....they know what they want for the Yamaha's don't they? eek
Yam is pricey to be sure, but they’re very well engineered and constructed. They’re a lot of machine for the money. Not everyone needs a lot of machine though - that’s not a judgement one way or another, but it can matter if you run them day-in, day-out, and you count years in thousands of miles run on them.
I've got an 06 Yami 660 that we just brutalize the devil out of it and its still going. The only fault I see with it is I wish it was quieter.

Best machine made right now. You won't find a better CVT belt system, 4x4 is nearly bulletproof and Honda plays catch up on performance. Honda has low HP/motor size so that is why some feel they're longevity is so good. They are built like a tank.
We have lots of ATV trails that are limited to 50" wide. Many of the newer UTV's are 60" and aren't legal for the trails. If that's your situation, choices are much more limited. Polaris still makes a 50" RZR and Honda has their smallest Pioneer in 50". I don't know about the rest. Besides, a 60" won't fit in a pickup.

Right. That is why I'm looking at the 50" line up of Sport UTV's.

Yamaha and Can Am don't offer one in 50" yet that I'm aware of.
