Anyone shoot one of these rifles? The new Cross Trax is 6.1 pounds and folds up to 26 inches. Looks odd as hell but seems interesting.

My original Cross in 6.5CM has been an accurate, all-weather rifle that is easy to fit to different shooters. Very nice trigger. Just take it out of the box and start shooting. I don't imagine a .308 version to be much different.

Pic of Pops with a coldbore shot at 400yds. He'd never touched the rifle before.

I have a Sig Cross in 308 but haven't shot it it much yet. It does have an awesome trigger, and initial range sessions indicate it will be a good shooter when I get loads worked up for it. I do struggle with ergos shooting from the bench with my current front rest/rear bag setup. That part needs some work - thinking bipod front with rear bag might work better for me.

Purchased three Sig Cross 308’s:

1. Original form with a Pulsar Talion XQ38 thermal - Pig Gun

2. Custom 22” Benchmark barrel for day hunting.

3. Custom 20” Benchmark barrel in 22 Creedmore.

That leaves me with two spare 16” factory barrels as surplus.
