Ordered bases and QD rings for the wifes new to her Kimber 84m in .257 Bob. Anyway the front base was flat and not radiused for the receiver. The packaging was correct and the rear base was also correct.
Anyway I sent an email Saturday morning to Warne and explained the situation. I got an immediate auto generated response and then a personal response first thing Monday morning. New bases arrived this morning via Fed Ex. No hassles ( mistakes happen) just correct and prompt CS.
Next R and B's will be Warne.
