Get the Roy, you will shoot it more because it will hurt you less. It's also more likely to be usefull, I don't know if you want to show up with a 375 Ruger to any deer camp I've been at.
My one caveat would be that if you don't have any other big bores something like a 375, 416 or 458 is an itch you'll eventually need to scratch. But if you already have a boomer I think you'll shoot the 25caliber a lot more....................DJ
