Looks good but wanted to hear from some users. Any idea how much it weighs? Looking for something for my Montana and stumbled across this. Check out the video.

Looks interesting.
RH, I've had a couple of those for quite a few years now (8-10) and I really like them a lot. They really cling to your shoulder when climbing/hiking around.
JG, Do you notice them being any heavier than a 100% nylon sling?
Yes, they are heavier.
I assumed they were heavier. I just wondered if they were heavy enough to be distracting in that anyone might have wished they had chosen nylon instead.

They actually make the rifle feel lighter, with the flexing and all of the sling. I've never weighed or compared them to know for sure, but the feel is great for me.
Thanks JG. That's what I wanted to know. Just didn't want to get one and then wish I hadn't bought these heavy rubber straps.
I've been using one for a couple of years and really like it. Mine weighs 5.5 oz. As JG stated, it really clings to your shoulder and keeps your rifle from slipping....very comfortable. I take advantage of the double strap when climbing. The flexibility of the strap also makes it easy to use like a latigo sling for off hand shooting.

I cut one down a 1-1/4"wide version to only one strap going the length of the stock. They work well but are a bit heavier than most other slings. Ordered a 1" and they shipped a 1-1/4" to my FIL. Had to make due with it.
