Yeah it does get boring not having to track schit down. I just chrony'd some 110 TTSX's at an average of 3500+ fps...the non believers are just jealous....

This blue whale, the largest animal on Earth, was felled with a reduced velocity .270 Win load. I believe it took one shot of a 110 grain bullet at about 2800 FPS. Standard velocity rounds would've been far too powerful & woulda destroyed too much meat:

I just sold a NIB Marlin X7 270 to a 303British shooter who was having scope mount problems 3 days before his moose hunt. Reported this morning that he's getting 1" 100yd groups with factory WW 150gr ammo. Only ammo he tried.
