Hello all. I am looking at a Ruger American Ranch in 223 for a lightweight, compact varmint rifle. I'd eventually like to suppress it, so the pre-threaded short barrel is a plus.

Does anyone own one? Any opinion? Are they MOA accurate?

I have one but haven't shot it yet. 8 lbs with the 16 oz suppressor and VX2 3-9.
I'll shoot 75 amaxes.

That is a sweet looking rig, 257. Bout like what I hope to run except I have a Redfield Revolution sitting around needing a rifle under it, so I'll probably run it with that.

Wind is at about 40mph today and supposed to blow tomorrow. I'd guess I'll not do any shooting this weekend. Should be a fun spring this year. LOL.
