Anyone have any experience with this rifle?

I'm thinking about ordering in 308, but haven't been able to find any reviews. Might be because it's a new model.

I'm sure there's a reason to get a thumbhole Browning, but I can't come up with one.

Whatever you do, don't buy one and take it to Alaska.
Based upon vast experience by seasoned hunters, if you set foot inside the State of Alaska, the trigger will immediately corrode and render the firearm inoperable.
Even people who never have owned, or shot, Brownings, are all of the opinion that the triggers will fail if taken to Alaska.

Hopefully, the engineers at Browning are listening to Internet advice and opinion from experts and neophytes alike, and will improve their products in the future.
