What do you guys use while target practicing to hold your gun steady? I want something rock solid so I can see what my guns can do minus human error.

I've used a range bag and a sock full of sand when testing loads at 200.
I don't like mechanical rests.
I think the stress stock and scopes too much.

I have a Caldwell Tackdriver that I like pretty well.

Sinclair Gen II windage benchrest front and a bunny ear rear bag.

I use the cut off legs of old blue jeans filled with sand.
Use Zip ties to close the ends.
DONT fill till it looks like it is full,bout 3/4 way full is all you want in there as you want the stock of the rifle to settle into the bag somewhat instead of just sitting on top of a full bag.
Works just fine.
It's very hard to totally eliminate human error, even with a good front rest and rear bag. Here's what I use, right or wrong:
