Saw a cool, new, little Rifle today at my local pawn/gun shop.
It was a Remington Model 7 in caliber 6m/m Remington!
It was an all stainless Model 7 with a pretty nice synthetic stock.
Had a "good" trigger pull and was lightweight and looked very snazzy, IMO.
The price was $695.00 and again it was a good looking little Rifle.
The only flaw I could find with the Rifle (and it was minor at that!) was a recoil pad that had a few slight over-laps with the stock - the pad was slightly larger than the stock in a couple of spots.
I've always liked the 6m/m Remington cartridge and this would make a nifty back country carry gun or an excellent beginners, youth or woman's sized Rifle.
I assume this is a newly cataloged item from Remington these days but to tell the truth my admiration and interest in Remington Rifles has been waning the last couple of years and I am not up on what they are offering these days.
Hold into the wind
