I'm thinking coyotes, not a good view of snout or ears though.

What do you think?

Canis familiaris
Regular dogs?

I was wondering about that body language with the tails.
Looks like that to me.

Curly tailed devils - dogs.
They don't even faintly resemble a wolf!!!
looks close enough for #4 or 00 either one.
i'd think one would put both down and you
could move up for a finisher on each.

that's depending on choke of course.
Wolves often run with their tails up like that, but not when they're just standing there. Coyotes never hold their tails like that (IME at least) but ya...those are common dogs.

Thanks!!!
I agree that, in my opinion, those aren't wolves. However, I need to go back to my dictionary and/or thesaurus and learn what the new meanings are of the words "faintly" and "resemble".
dogs
i think these are wild dogs.

wild dogs huh? Wonder, how does a guy looking at a picture determine the difference between a wild dog and a domestic dog? This I gotta hear.

Dogs.
If you own livestock and have big canines show up, let God sort 'em out

I'd say plain old domestic dogs. I use trail cams a lot on public land (USFS and BLM) and am amazed how many domestic dogs take themselves for walks far from home without their owners knowledge.

One of my best friends was a state nuisance animal trapper. He caught the same German shepherd about 5 miles from home 3 times the same week. He knew the dog and the owner. The last time he picked up a limb and gave the dog a good thrashing before releasing him and he never caught or saw him again. The point is that we have no idea where our unrestrained dogs go at night or what dogs they pack up with and pillage just like they are coyotes and wolves. I have several black neighbors who love dogs like Alaskan husky, pit bull, and chow. When they show up in my cow herd, well too bad.

Husky's - dogs.

That was my first thought when looking at the photo. Husky's curl their tails like that.
dogs but depending on what is going on with them would help with their fate. No way a coyote

One word: "collar."

(You should say "thank you" for the enlightenment I just provided. It's good manners.)

You've seen wolves run like that? Interesting. Seen a few wolves and their tails tend to flag straight back when they lope or run.

Yep, dogs...
Attack the game camera?

Why the hell would you want to do that?
Possibility of Coy Dogs, or Wolf/Dog off spring?

Recently saw some pics of coyote wolf cross...
