Looking at the Canon and Winchester safes they sell that are rated for 30min about 40" wide. Anyone own one or know how they measure up?
Price is around $700-$800.

I have a Winchester labeled safe that I bought at Sam's Club about six years. I like these safes - it lets everyone know you have guns and they can't have them!

Mine has a four number combination dial on it. No problems at all with it, other than getting it out of the bed of the truck and into the house! I hope you have a spot for it on the ground floor. They are wicked heavy.

I looked at Costco but found better deals at Tractor Supply.
