I recently acquired a M700 Sendero .300 win mag that came with a Burris Signature 8x32 scope mounted in BO rings and base. The scope has a daylight/twilight feature, good glass, seems pretty solid, mildot reticle... Has anyone worked with one of these? What can you tell me about it? I appreciate any feedback/tips you may have on this scope or the Sendero! Thanks!

My rifle, without me, is useless, without my rifle, I am useless, I must fire my rifle true, etc. etc. Sorry I couldn't help you out with your question but generally speaking, the 300 Win. Mag is usually accurate in most any rifle from what I've seen. Just couldn't resist throwing in a little bit more of the rifleman's creed, ( platoon 2037, 2nd Bn. P.S. - I forgot to add my feedback about the scope & the sendero. Most of my scopes are Leupolds but I do have a Burris Fullfield 6-18X that I got new in 1997. Never had a problem with it & I like it. I've also heard good things about the signature series. As for the sendero, well, they seem to have built a pretty good reputation for themselves. Sounds like you may have a real straight shooter on your hands. I recall talking to a sendero owner down at the local gun shop a few years back. I forgot what his was chambered in ( .25-06 maybe? ) but he loved it. I was almost drooling on one at a gun show once also. I'm confident you'll enjoy it.
