What sabots are you folks using with Parker 275g BE? I have a Savage ML-II, and my best fitting loaded sabbot seems to measure around .506" (hornady 300gHP + MMP orange).

..and while I have you, what powder?

In my NULA 50cal I use the sabot that Bob sends with the bullets, they are black.

Shot the 300gn BO in Harvester Black Crush Rib with N120 in the Savage. Parker bullets in Harvester Smooth Short Black with N110 were the ticket in my NULA.

I also used the sabots Bob sends with the bullets with N120 powder, very good load.

I think I remember Bob telling me those are short black MMP sabots !
