My lease expires April 15'th I desire to move to Soldotna over the summer. I am having difficulty either purchasing or leasing long-term single-family dwelling. Desire to be slightly outside Soldotna City Limits. Yet roughly less then 10 miles from downtown Soldotna, Alaska. Have a few hundred "K" cash, not indigent.

Yes, I sold my property in Hope, Alaska. I have owned three Real Estate Companies in Alaska, Was an Alaska Real Estate Broker for roughly a little over 40 years.
