I'll be watching for sure. Used to want to hunt them but I owe my life to a brown that decided he didn't want me for lunch. Happened up on the Karluk River while I was fishing at the lodge by the same name. Those idiots said nothing about bears to me. Was it my fault? Partly for not asking......
I'll be watching as well. I sea kayaked to Pack Cr a few years ago and really enjoyed my time there.

Hunted deer on Swan Island (in SEA's pic) in Swan Cove and King Salmon Bay (nearby.) Never made it to Pack Creek, but at low tide there is almost a land bridge to Swan Island. Work with a gal that worked at Pack Creek for the USFS for three years. She said they filmed the year before she started work there.

Never met Stan Price, but I remember Tiger Olsen. They were some krusty old bastids.

You take the Oliver's tram over with the 'yaks? That pretty cool stuff. I've hunted deer probably close to 30 days over in Olivers and the State Parks Cabin. Know that area very well.
Put the yaks on the tram.

While down there we ran into a couple of friends who found some nice alpine bucks.
