A dynasty in the brewing, they arrived into White Mountain one and two, with game-but-outmatched Burmeister falling farther back. These guys have the best dogs....and the best strategy.

Dallas was impressive on the run to White Mountain.

Enjoyed Danny Seavey's Facebook posts also. Good stuff.

A thousand miles looking at dogs' butt-holes- and many more in training. Tough guys!

Mostly me and my dog communicate over his dish...n.and when he sticks his nose in my crotch for a neck-rub, or a walk. He has an itch-ruff and a voiding fetish.... smile

DeeDee was really a most inspiring musher in this year's race. While she didn't finish high chronologically in any sense, the 61 year-old musher and 30 time finisher, cancer survivor, 16-time top ten finisher, ran with 15 of the dogs she started with, the entire distance. What a great career it's been!
don't know DeeDee personally, but she's held in high regard in the mushing community that I do know well.

she must be a class act along with being a heckuva an athlete
