Kudos to law enforcement for stopping this activity. Sometimes we are our worst enemy.

They should throw the book at those idiots.
Huge fines and the plane should make an impression on those bozos.
Nugent seem to think he is above the law and can do anything he wants. He was also busted here in California for shooting a spike Buck. He seems to have a run in with the law wherever he hunts except in Texas.
Filming such endeavors is obviously the work of a mental midget.
These are just a couple of the many, as long as there's enough money and hero worshipers out there is poaching will go on, take all of their stuff and put them in jail each September first till February first each year for ten years.

When you are caught poaching for a direct profit all fines should be at least doubled.

The Nugent hunt was six years ago. I can't imagine why it was included in the article. Well, actually I can imagine....

The Nugent violation occurred when Ted shot a black bear after previously shooting a bear and being unable to retrieve it. In some states, you only have to make reasonable attempt to recover game. If unable to recover, you can ccontinue to hunt. In this case, once the game was wounded, the tag is punched, recovered or not. A common mistake that wouldn't even make the news if not Ted Nugent.
