Butch,

I don't know a dang thing about them, but they do have a website.

I know the property and the area quite a bit. Straoght across from the lodge I killed a pretty spectacular blackmail many moons ago. It was top 25 B&C and is still pretty well up there.

Impossible to find people any more friendly than the folks in Port Lions and Ouzinkie, just around the corner.
I'm glad. I know the Doc is a good guy. Hopefully it works well for him.

While blackmail is an awful thing perpetrated by bad people, I imagine that killing those people is still considered a crime.

Frigging autocorrect!!!

I probably could not win... you would hold a little blacktail against me!
Neat corner of the world. Downside is a lot of private land in surrounding bays that require trespass fees to access. Saw it for sale this winter. Best of luck with this place, Kodiak is a special island.
Doc is very excited about it. Wife told him it must be a guy place as they ain't much for the Ladies to do. My wife can look at the water and get seasick, even with all the so called medical remedies.
She does love to fish, but from the shore only.

Butch, here is an old secret Charter Boat Captain trick to talk people through their seasickness...
Just tell them to close their eyes and think about eating cold greasy pork from a dirty ash tray!
The desire to vomit soon passes!
😉😈

Hunting close by is foolish there... It is 4-wheeler central behind town and the trails go an amazing distance about everywhere!

Doc headed out this morning for Kodiak. Just a weekend trip. I'm anxious for an update.
It appears a couple things are bothering him. I think he is going to back off.
