on FB today,

"There are only three "films" about hunting worth watching. High Wild and Free, In the Blood, and Escanaba in Da Moonlight."

What say you?

Saw the escanaba movie several years ago. I'm dumber for having seen it and I want those moments of my life back.
LOL - I watch it every year, we quote it at camp all season.

I like Gordon Eastman's stuff. Saw H,W,and F on NetFlix not long ago. I've got two of his:
High Country Calling
Big Horns

NW International who did Monarchs of Alberta has one called: Giants of the Yukon that I enjoy.

Fred Bear's World of Adventure:

I say that I have never seen or heard of any of them. Doubt I will be searching for them anytime soon.
I like Escanaba in da Moonlight and usually watch it once a year. Jeremiah Johnson would be my other choice.
I almost forgot The Ghost and the Darkness.
