Does anyone know if Handloader Magazine ever did an article on the 11x52R/43 Dutch Beaumont ?

I'm looking for smokeless powder load data for this cartridge

Thanks

Mike
You may have given them their first new idea in decades - lol.
Maybe I should put a bug in the ear of Mike Venturino....nah he would only know 2 kinds of powder for that rifle , black or 5744

Contact Clive Barker over in Flatonia Texas.

He did an article on that cartridge, IIRC.

He LIVES for those old Mil. cartridges, including the transitional era ones.

Load data for the .43 Mauser should damn near laterally transfer, I'd venture. Shot LOTS of Dominion stuff, off the shelf smk loads,....never reloaded with smk, though,....the thing RAN better on Black Powder with soft alloy and proper BP lubes.

Moose killin' machine of the first order, that one.
