I came across the 550 RNS Mag and I am wondering if anyone has some experience and/or info about this round. Thanks.
It's 378/460 WEA, 500 Asquare cases straightened out.No neck.
Headspaces on the belt, The idea was RNS/Neal Shirley's,
on the AR big bore forums, I made him the first cases and
had first pictures posted on the AR forums. He and others
got run of 550 bullets made by Hawk to start with. Others
have shortened the case, Neal got Jamison to make
a run of cases. Others have made turned solids in .550
for it. I made one in Enfield, can get 650 gr 2400 +
with long barrel. Ed

So far it is a reloading cartridge,
Neal has cases, thousands of them,
and there are dies and bullets from
sources. Neal would know.
