Guess the wind pushed that little bullet sideways a bit (!)

the wind would have a better chance moving the target.

the move to 62 grains did nothing to hinder accuracy. the Springfield based 376 has an inch shorter barrel than the steyr and I haven't chronographed the load through it yet.
4 separate strings through the steyr with the 270 soft point indicated an average of 2510 15' in front of the muzzle. SD less than 1% with multiple duplicates.
hornady factory ammo lists 2600 from a 24" test barrel, on paper.
