Jiffy mix is super easy and makes good sweet cornbread

Pioneer corn bread mix, 1/2 can of creamed corn and a little can of chopped jalapeno's.

It isn't cornbread if it doesn't have jalapenos.

Sweet cornbread is horrible, just cake.by another name.

I need to make two batches next week for tgiving dressing.

I wouldn't use Jiffy mix then.

Sugar in cornbread in in the same class as spitting tobacco juice on your mama.

Different stroke for different folks. I wouldn't eat cornbread that didn't have a lot of butter, sugar, and honey in the recipe. Otherwise it tastes like corn cardboard.
