Today is the wife's birthday, I let her sleep in and woke her up with a nice brunch. She's put up with me for 40yrs, the least I can do is cook for her.

Overdone eggs and canned biscuits. Sheesh tough 40 years. Ha!

Yes they're canned bisquits but no the eggs aren't overdone, done just the way she likes them and gathered fresh from the henhouse this morning.

I like my eggs just like that, only with the yolks broken. I can't remember the last time we had canned biscuits in the house.
