Just took advantage of the Camp Chef Explorer outdoor range sale at Cabelas. What accessories should I get for it? I'm thinking of starting with a grill/griddle. What accessories/brands work the best and what should I stay away from?

I have a griddle that covers both burners, can really cook for a crowd. I put some light metal over the burners on the grate to deflect some of the heat to provide even heat on the whole griddle.
