Have a nice batch of venison in freezer and want to try something new. Anyone done biltong at home and if so, send in the recipes please.

I have as well as bought it and IMO it sux compared to what we call proper jerky.

FIrst batch is on drying racks for 24 hours so far. Going to do some jerky as well.
