Or drummies. Tried something new, I usually season and grill. I brined them for 24hrs then buttermilk for 24, seasoned and grilled. Added a whole new flavor.

I like yellow chicken seasoning, and then 50/50 Frank's and butter.

1 day of brine, followed by 1 day of buttermilk...(?) What was the brine?

In the fridge. I ,used a very hot seasoning on 1/2 and mild on the other 1/2.

Or pork bellies, until bacon became very popular.
