Have used this stuff for years and brought one back to Korea last trip home in June. A pot of chili is on and it is substantially running on this stuff.

Haven't used that particular one but I do use a lot of Fiesta spice products.

Saw that brand when I was in Big Lake, TX in April. It was nice to see the variety of spices and seasonings available at a local grocery store

I have not seen that brand Ed. But as you know, where I am there is little lacking for Chile and lime seasonings. Is that one salty like what gets sprinkled on fresh fruit at the remate'?

Most always have this stuff on hand. Great on grilled fish and chicken too.

And beaned-chili always turns out much better if you sip a whiskey (with ice) while you stir

Actually, I did throw a bit of beans in, La Costena's. Was running a bit thin with just the meat this time. I can eat it either way. Also used only ground meat, beef and pork, as the whole chuncks, whether steak, chop or roast looked like chit.

Almost anything Mexican. It is hot, more more so than typical chili powder and the hint of lemon just works. I throw it and their fajita seasoning in my ranch beans, taco meat, fajita marinade, chili Colorado...

Same here.
Despite what you may have heard, Lewiston ID is NOT an epicurean Meca. smile

Regarding ground meat,,, how about stuffed peppers or cabbage rolls. Either should keep for a few days.
