We just enjoyed pork chops with a teriyaki marinade.
The first, or near first for me, different, but good.
Anyone else like it?
a perfect match!!! Especially, with tenderloins.
I make a mean bourbon teriyaki marinade/sauce that goes well with pork, chicken or salmon.
Well don't keep us in suspense man, share with "friends"!
i used to love teriyaki and teriyaki'd the f out of everything until i can no longer stand the smell of it cooking. but it does do pork right. and beef. and chicken and hot dogs and mac and cheese and oatmeal......
see what i mean?
another thing that is killer with pork, is my Guava Lava hot sauce. Sweet, hot, very flavorful.
I've found out over the years there are different teriyaki sauces for various foods. I have one recipe that is great on salmon but stinks on other foods, then I have some that's great on meat and stinks on stir-fry....
Not a fan of Teriyaki. Don't like anything with a hint of sweet.
Teriyaki is my favorite marinade/marinade ingredient. I use it on beef.pork, venison, it's great on all.

Sam, what's in the Guava Lava sauce? Sounds good. Thinking it might make some wings happy, too.
