Decided veggie tonight so a stuffed artichoke.





It was good, very good. Poured my last martini and headed out the front door for the evening dog stuff and found a decent sunset.

OK dammit now I have stove envy

Don't. My Idaho cabin stove is more user friendly, heats those that cut the wood twice and just runs.

Looks like you've adjusted nicely to retirement.
