Bro in the blue (Kevin) is no slouch either. I marinated the lamb, did the scallops, and the salad. He marinated the tuna and manned the grill.
Grandmas 88th, road trip to Vegas, indoor shooting range, bar and grill.( killed half a 175 of Gordon's myself! )
Yeah, I think you would of had a good time too.
That, sir, is a mouth-watering spread! A very HAPPY BIRTHDAY to your grandma!
Good looking spread of food.
I love me some scallops like that!.
Dayam, Sean. That looks scrumptious! And those scallops look great! What did you use for sauce on the scallops, if I may ask? They look real good in the pan workin' in the butter!
Olive oil, butter in the pan. Salt, pepper, and a little ginger on the scallops. Sauted while spooning butter/oil over top. Removed to plate. Deglaze with lemon juice and add the garlic chile paste to pan, pour over top, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Thanks all for the compliments. We had a great time.
Sorry, LD. Just looked at pics, I have another pic with the scallops ingredients I'll add tonight after work.
I need to try those scallops. Man!!! Delicious!
