Ate a a Thai place recently and had a dish they called "Evil Beef"

It basically was a curry that was really spicy with beef, onion, garlic, fresh ginger, lemongrass, served on jasmine rice and a bed of shredded Napa cabbage.

Couldn't find a recipe for the Evil Beef, so I just located a Beef with Red Curry recipe and let 'er rip...


The mixture simmers in Coconut Milk and some Beef Stock for an hour. It kicked ass...
