Been making homemade salsa similar to this for a while now.

With just a few variations, a tasty base for a marinara sauce as well.

will have enough cherry toms to make this tomorrow...but, tonight it's pico...

OMG this stuff is wicked good!

now to try and keep my mitts off it as it rests in the fridge for a few hours...

I'll give it a try this week. Like you we should have tons of cherry tomatoes towards Labor Day. And always have peppers!!

Funny thing is now that I'm eating it, has a totally different flavor than when first mixed up. Morphed into a sweet, hot condiment. The sweet must have come from the cherry toms...I didn't add any sugar to it!
