I'm using the Kellogg's Bran Bud recipe. They are too dry. I've reduced baking time and increased the veg oil a little. Still too dry.

Suggestions?

There is nothing that can be done to bran muffins to help them.

ironbender likes them with raisins or blueberries in tham and a chunk of butter on top.

Try replacing some of the oil with applesauce.

I believe bran flakes work better in muffins than the buds.
