My son Tony has offered up his skills to make us dinner. So tomorrow I will head to the store and buy three Prime New York's, mushrooms, garlic, rosemary, red spuds, reds and greens and the rest for a salad and turn him loose. He will sear the beef in a pan all of the way around then throw it in the hot oven to finish as they sit on the rosemary branches to allow hot air from beneath to cook rather than flip. He has absolutely nailed this method.

I'm having a giant salad and watching Walking Dead.

Thank God because all that Valentines Day stuff at Publix put me into a panic attack.

Don't miss it for now!!

Although, I was intrigued by bacon roses!! grin

Nice!

I rolled some sushi rice and spicy tuna poke up into some rolls for apps.

Grilled up some sirloin skewers with crab cakes, grilled asparagus, sautéed broccoli, and garlic smashed potatoes for dinner. Might have been a half dozen tequila shots in there some where. Lol.

Its a good night.

Good job on the Wellington billy! How about some details on your recipe? I've never tried one, but have always been tempted.
