Since I have pics today, thought I would put up a new thread.

Lots of marble and little eye, just the way I like 'em.

Made some sugar snap peas. Butter/EVOO saute, turned off heat and added some basil paste and lemon zest. Polenta with Parm/Romano mix.

Ten minutes, oh who am I kidding, seven minutes later, The boy and I had pretty much done a number on it.

About half way through he said he was full on polenta, but not steak!
Looks great! I love Polenta...

Hard to find those who like Polenta. Historically the original Roman Legionnaire Polenta was made with Wheat. "Cream of Wheat" would actually be the same thing as the original.

Wheat Polenta is great to play with too... smile
